Note
Customers need to provide the following documents for LH.LLC to make a head of representative office's settlement balance: (all documents is the original)
- Quarterly, annual PIT return
- List of all foreign employees working at the office
- Payroll of employees at local and abroad
- The documents related to the payment and declaration of income abroad.
- Book of revenue and expenditure tracking in foreign currency and Vietnamdong
- Bank sub-account (office and the head of representative office)
- Income tax receipt
- The implementation period: 30 working days
